Louisa Earp Houston Peters born January 24, 1855 in Wisconsin. It is said that she was possibly the granddaughter of the great Sam Houston of Texas fame. Louisa married Morgan Earp who would later be murdered in Tombstone, Arizona Territory.
In 1885 she married Gustav Peters. She died June 12, 1894 in Long Beach, California. It is said that Morgan Earp was the love of her life and that she died of a broken heart.
